Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during the day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. We recommend that there should be someone available to sign for the delivery. You can let us know when placing your order if there is a safe place or neighbour your delivery can be left with if you are not in. Please note that we are not able to offer tracking on deliveries.
You can also collect from our London store. Just select the collect in store option at checkout and once your order is ready we will send you an email notification. Please allow 2-4 working days for collect in store orders as not all frames are held in stock.
