A professional, water-based paint similar to watercolour but with the addition of chalk added to the pigment to create an opaque matt finish. Use straight out of the tube for an opaque, matt effect or dilute with water for more transparency. A popular medium for illustrators and graphic designers.

It was recommended to me by someone and having used Arches I found it was a good cheaper alternative. It worked well with granulating paints.

I bought this brush some time ago based on a recommendation from someone— can't remember who though. I then forgot about it until I received a request to write a review from The Southbank Art Company. I've now tried it, and I've found it to be a lovely brush to use. It lays down the paint beautifully. It also holds a lot of paint enabling continued use without having to return to the palette so often. The point of the brush is good too, giving a lovely narrow lines where necessary.
I'll continue to use this brush, and will probably look at buying other sizes too.
