COVID-19
Following the government guidelines on COVID-19, our physical shop remains temporarily closed to the public until June 15th, however, we realise that many artists rely on us as to support their creative and artistic pursuits, and these offer a wonder therapy for health and well being at a time when we all desperately need it.
For this reason we have launched our online shop and will continue to add products to the site over the coming days and weeks. There are options for contactless deliveries and collections, including click & collect.
We will be working reduced hours so if you do need to contact us the best option is by email to hello@southbankart.co.uk or via live chat. Whilst we operate our online shop we will be taking all precautions necessary to keep ourselves and others safe during these challenging times.
Once we re-open on June 15th, please take note of some of the changes we have made to make shopping with us as safe as possible.
- We will be taking in framing by appointment only which can be booked via our website, this will allow us to safely space customers throughout the day.
- To allow us to ensure social distancing, there will be limits on the amount of customers allowed inside the shop at one time, so there may be times when you will need to wait outside.
We ask for your patience during this time and we look forward to welcoming you all again once we are open.
